Downton is large family run transportation and warehousing firm based in Gloucestershire with more than 400 trucks running from 10 depots employing over 600 people.

Downton has commissioned a range of photography from me. To start with I did some p.r. shots followed by a year documenting the construction of their new depot in Quedgeley. Since then there have been numerous other shoots at various locations around the UK.

The material I’m asked to produce is very varied which makes this one of my favourite clients! What also helps is that I’m often left to decide what to shoot with only the briefest of briefs.

My images are extensively used on their website, www.downton.co.uk, newsletters, press releases and calendars. I’ve also produced a large coffee table book to show the construction of the Quedgeley depot.

Work produced is immediately uploaded to my library.caminada.co.uk. Downton has taken a subscription and can access their 500+ pictures securely any time they need.
